How do I download and use the Notion trackers?
After purchase, you’ll receive a link to the template in your confirmation email and account. Click the “Duplicate” button in the top right corner to copy the template directly into your own Notion workspace. It’s yours to edit and use from there!
I’m new to Notion. Is it hard to learn?
Notion is very intuitive! We design our trackers to be as simple as possible. For basic guidance, you can find many excellent beginner tutorials on YouTube.

How do I download my products?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with download links for your products. You can also log in to your account on our website at any time to access your downloads.
How do I access my customer account?
You don’t need a password! A customer account is automatically created for you with your purchase. To access it, click “Log In” and enter the email address you used to buy. We’ll instantly email you a secure login link.
Where can I find my previous orders?
Once logged into your customer account, you will see a “My Orders” section with your complete purchase history and download links.
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely process all payments through Stripe, which accepts all major international credit and debit cards (like Visa and Mastercard).

What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our guides and trackers, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a product has been downloaded. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
