You can easily switch between elapsed and remaining time of your fast. You can also display your mood using emoji icons.
If you like learning then you’ll love this app. It contains plenty or resources in written form but also videos about health, fasting, weight loss.
If you need reminders this is the app for you.

The standout feature of this app is the option to journal your thoughts, mood, even take and upload photos.
It also displays calories burned which means you will have to enter your age, height and weight before you can access the features.
You can easily track you fasts, fasting history as well as weight and mood.
What’s missing is perhaps a learning tab with some resources and community support.

Great app if you are a serious tracker of all things health. You can track your weight, mood, hydration, ketosis as well as your fasting window.
Excellent app if you’re thinking of starting a low carb diet or if you’re already a keto follower.
There is a library of recipes which are only accessible during your eating window, thoughtful little feature.
Learning resources are very very limited and community support is also missing.
Some features are however only accessible through paid premium upgrade.

Perhaps the best app for community support. The option CIRCLES allows you to join or create your own fasting group where you can share your fasts, plan your fasts, encourage each other. You can also see how many people in your circle are fasting and check their mood, which can be updated using simple emoji icons.
This app also includes an abundance of resources regarding fasting, health, weight loss, diet.
You can easily set and track your fasts and access your fasting history.
